If global services (like Google) fail AND your ISP website fails, this usually suggests a wider or upstream network problem.

If global services are fine but your ISP site fails, it often points to issues at or near the ISP’s edge.

If everything looks healthy here but you’re offline, the problem is almost always local — router, Wi-Fi, or access network.
